• Provide educational support to Customer Service team members on “high-level” pet nutrition questions and developing professional responses to consumer feedback

• Substantiation or development of product specifications for new products, ingredients/raw materials, and existing products

• Provide AAFCO Affidavit of Pet Food Formulation. [*for products labeled with the nutritional adequacy claim referenced in PF7(c)(1)(A)]

• Regulatory compliance of product labels including qualified health, structure-function, and nutrient content claims

• Assist with the development of a written food safety plan
