As the slogan states, the Food Safety Summit is all about “solution for today, planning for tomorrow.” This solutions-based expo is for growers, processors, retailers, distributors, foodservice operators, regulators, and academia. There is also a number of educational opportunities: workshops, breakout sessions, and certification courses.
